This healthy pudding cake is made from berries thus it is full of antioxidants and vitamins which is good for overall health.
Ingredients:
3 cups assorted fresh berries
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup fat-free milk
A pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup sugar
2 eggs
Directions:
1)       Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2)     Coat quiche dishes or baking pan with cooking spray.
3)      In a medium bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt. Mix well until well combined. Add the eggs, flour and baking powder. Mix again.
4)     Put berries on the baking dish and pour the batter over.
5)     Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
