This is an easy breakfast dish full of antioxidants and natural sugars that does not affect the blood glucose.
Ingredients:
3 cups low fat frozen yogurt
1-2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp shredded mint, fresh
2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
4 cups strawberries
Directions:
1) Remove the stems of the strawberry and cut it in half.
2) Combine the strawberries with the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and mint.
3) Cover and marinate inside the fridge for 20 minutes for 4 hours.
4) Spoon strawberries and add frozen yogurt on top.
